    Lawrence Hsieh

    nce Hsieh is a senior legal editor at Thomson Reuters/Practical Law. A graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, he holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University. Mr. Hsieh writes periodic commentary about legal and financial issues for Reuters and The Economist Intelligence Unit’s Perspectives. Past publications include the Corporate Transactions Handbook (Data Trace Publishing), the first graphics-based, footnote-free legal treatise for practicing attorneys, and The Coach’s Guide to Game-Winning Softball Drills (McGraw-Hill), which incorporates diagrams to help parents teach and players master the fundamentals of fast-pitch softball.
