    Theresa Pulley Radwan

    Professor Theresa Pulley Radwan teaches at Stetson University, primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial law. She was awarded the University's Teaching Excellence Award in 2004 and the Homer & Dolly Hand Award for Excellence in Faculty Research in 2007. Before joining Stetson’s faculty, Professor Radwan practiced with the firm of Thompson, Hine & Flory LLP in Cleveland, Ohio. She previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and as a legal research and writing instructor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Professor Radwan received her J.D. degree from the College of William and Mary, where she was inducted into Order of the Coif.

    Roberta K. Flowers

    Roberta K. Flowers is a professor of law at Stetson University College of Law. Within the Elder Law LL.M. program, Professor Flowers teaches Ethics in an Elder Law Practice. She also teaches Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and Professional Responsibility. Professor Flowers has received the university-level Excellence in Teaching Award, Most Inspirational Teacher Award from the Student Bar Association, and an award from the Student Bar Association for supporting student life. In 2005, the Florida Supreme Court awarded Professor Flowers the Faculty Professionalism Award. Along with Professor Rebecca Morgan, she created a video series to train and educate attorneys on the ethical dilemmas faced by elder law attorneys, for which they were awarded the Florida Supreme Court Professionalism Award. Additionally, with Professor Morgan, Professor Flowers designed the nation's first "elder friendly courtroom," which serves as model for courtrooms of the future. Before arriving at Stetson, Professor Flowers worked as a prosecutor in both the state and federal system. Her research interests center on the issues of ethics and professionalism.

    Mark D. Bauer

    Mark Bauer is a Professor of Law teaching Antitrust, Administrative Law, Property, Consumer Protection, and Financial Advocacy. He supervises Stetson's Elder Consumer Protection Law internship program, and a Federal Agency externship program. Before joining the faculty at Stetson, Professor Bauer clerked for the Honorable William R. Robie, chief immigration judge of the United States, and then joined the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, where he worked on cases involving high profile mergers and other anticompetitive conduct. After leaving the FTC, Professor Bauer moved to Chicago to practice antitrust law in the private sector with two large law firms. He wrote and edited a treatise on state unfair trade practice laws for CCH/Wolters Kluwer, and then joined the Chicago-Kent College of Law faculty in a fellowship position. He is a former chair of the AALS Section on Aging and the Law. He was named a Distinguished International Fellow to the Canadian Centre for Elder Law. In 2013 Professor Bauer was awarded Stetson's Branton Excellence in Teaching Award.

    Rebecca Morgan

    Rebecca C. Morgan is the Boston Asset Management Chair in Elder Law. She is a successor co-author of Matthew Bender’s Tax, Estate, and Financial Planning for the Elderly and its companion forms book, a co-author of Representing the Elderly in Florida, co-author of Fundamentals of Special Needs Trusts, and serves as a member of the elder law editorial board for Matthew Bender. She also co-authored Planning for Disability for BNA with Robert Fleming and is a co-author of Ethics in an Elder Law Practice for the ABA. Professor Morgan is a past president of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, past president of the Board of Directors of the National Senior Citizens Law Center (now known as Justice in Aging), past chair of the American Association of Law Schools Section on Aging and the Law and of the Florida Bar Elder Law Section, and was on the Faculty of the National Judicial College. She previously served on state task forces regarding elder abuse and revisions to Florida’s guardianship statute and served as the reporter for the Uniform Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Act. She is a member of the academic advisory board for the Borchard Center for Law and Aging, an academic fellow of the American College of Trusts & Estates Counsel, a member of ALI, a NAELA fellow, and a member of NAELA’s Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP). She is on the board, and serves as treasurer, for the Center for Medicare Advocacy. She recently joined the board of the American Society on Aging.
