    Peter B. Rutledge

    Peter B. Rutledge is the Dean of the University of Georgia School of Law where he also holds the Herman E. Talmadge Chair of Law. He is the author of the book Arbitration and the Constitution (2012) and over forty academic articles on fields including international civil litigation, international arbitration, and dispute resolution.

    J.D., summa cum laude, University of Pennsylvania Law School
    B.A., summa cum laude, Haverford College

    Background:
    Gary B. Born is the world’s leading authority on international commercial arbitration and international litigation. He is the author of numerous works on these subjects, including International Arbitration and Forum Selection Agreements: Drafting and Enforcing (5th ed. 2016), International Arbitration: Cases and Materials (2d ed. 2015), International Arbitration: Law and Practice (2d ed. 2015), International Commercial Arbitration (2d ed. 2014), and International Commercial Arbitration: Commentary and Materials (2d ed. 2001). Mr. Born has been practicing for over three decades in the fields of international arbitration and litigation in the United States, Europe, Asia, and elsewhere.
