    Diana L. Anderson is an attorney at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. in Toms River, New Jersey and teaches in the paralegal program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, a certification given to lawyers who have proven they have enhanced knowledge, skills and experience in the specialized area of law dealing with issues affecting the elderly and disabled. She is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
